Tim Hernandez has over a decade of experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at Wisconsin Management Company since September 2016. Prior to this role, Tim was a Property Manager at T. Wall Enterprises, LLC from March 2015 to September 2016, and at Fiduciary Real Estate Development from July 2011 to March 2015. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which was completed between 2005 and 2010.
