Clyde "Bud" Chumbley, MD, MBA has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Clyde "Bud" served as the Chief Medical Advisor and later became the Chief Executive Officer at the Wisconsin Medical Society. Prior to that, they worked as the Clinic Medical Director and Senior Staff Physician at Baylor Scott & White Health. Clyde "Bud" also held various leadership roles at Aspirus, including Chief Medical Officer and President of Aspirus Clinics, Inc. and System Chief Clinical Integration Officer. Additionally, they served as the Chief Medical Officer of the Round Rock Region at Scott & White Healthcare. Before that, Dr. Chumbley was the President & CEO of ProHealthCare Medical Associates and Medical Associates Health Centers. Throughout their career, they were involved in strategic planning, quality management, risk management, clinical integration, and the transition from volume to value-based reimbursement. Their experience encompasses managing large healthcare systems, physician groups, and multi-specialty clinics.

Clyde "Bud" Chumbley, MD, MBA has an extensive education history. Clyde "Bud" completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at Iowa State University from 1967 to 1971. Subsequently, they pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1975 to 1979. Later, they obtained the degree of Fellowship in Perinatology at the University of Cincinnati in 1981.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Chumbley pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1991 to 1993. Moreover, they hold additional certifications such as Lean Management Certified from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2010. In addition, they are certified by the American Board of Medical Management and the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
