Keith Strom

Keith Strom has held a variety of sales and marketing roles since 1993. Keith began their career at Newell Brands as the Vice President of Sales, followed by a role as the Mass Market & Super Store Sales Manager. In 2002, they moved to Tomy International / RC2 as the Vice President of Sales. From 2003 to 2009, they were the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Award Hardwood Floors, LLP. During their time there, they developed a three-year strategic and tactical business plan, increased product sales, reduced marketing expenses, and created a private label flooring program. In 2013, they joined The LANG Companies, Inc. as the Sr. Vice President of Sales, where they managed a global team and delivered annual global sales of $40M. From 2019 to 2022, they were the President, Sales and Marketing at Primitives By Kathy, where they developed and implemented distribution strategies for global national accounts and independent channels, with total sales of $45M. Currently, they are the Director of Sales at Pharmacal Company.

Keith Strom graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
