Frank Barth

Frank Barth is a seasoned energy services professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency programs and stakeholder management. Currently serving as Senior Energy Services Manager at WPPI Energy since May 2024, Barth previously held multiple roles at Focus on Energy, including Stakeholder Manager and Utility Relations Manager, from May 2018 to May 2024. With a foundational role as Energy Services Representative at WPPI Energy from May 2009 to May 2018, Barth dedicated efforts to delivering energy efficiency programs to municipal utility customers. Earlier positions include Account Manager at Kondex Corporation and Tecumseh Power Company, managing significant accounts with major companies such as John Deere and Ariens. Frank Barth holds a BA in Business from Lubar College of Business and is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers.
