In this role, she is responsible for operating the electric and natural gas distribution systems throughout the company’s service area in Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula (U.P.). In addition, she is responsible for gas control, electric system operations and the outage management system, which includes the process for the safe dispatch of natural gas emergencies, and the safe dispatch and restoration of outages and hazards day-to-day and during storms throughout Wisconsin and the U.P.
Previously, Glynn was director — facilities management for WEC Energy Group since September 2017, responsible for managing the portfolio of facilities assets, processes and systems. She had oversight of planning and budgeting for maintenance and capital improvements at 176 buildings and 2,200 sites across four states. In addition, she was responsible for all renovations, new builds and other capital construction projects at these facilities.
Glynn joined WEC Energy Group in 2008 as a project manager in customer operations, and went on to hold several positions of increasing responsibility throughout the organization.
Glynn has a Bachelor of Arts degree with emphasis in business and a Master of Business Administration degree with emphasis in leadership, both from Mount Mary University. She serves on Mount Mary University’s Buildings and Grounds Committee and on the Haggerty Museum Board.
