Frederic A. Truslow

Frederic A. Truslow is a Mechanical Engineering student at UW-Madison College of Engineering, with significant internship experience in manufacturing and design. At Tesla, as an Intern in Manufacturing Engineering, Frederic focuses on tooling vendor selection for vehicle body assembly. Involved with Wisconsin Racing since September 2021, responsibilities include designing parts in SolidWorks, conducting finite element analysis, manufacturing carbon fiber components, and collaborating with sponsors for efficient fabric production. Frederic has also provided mechanical engineering support at Page, worked on composites for the ISC Racing Team, and gained civil engineering experience at Oyster Imus Petzold & Associates. Earlier roles included sales at Conte's Bike Shop and refereeing junior soccer matches. Frederic's educational journey also includes a study abroad experience at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
