Hanna Klecka

Hanna Klecka is an experienced instructional designer currently working at the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development since June 2023. Previously, Hanna served as a Senior Instructional Designer at Illumina, focusing on the development of training resources to help employees maintain compliance with industry regulations. Prior experiences include a role as a Learning & Transfer Research Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where Hanna coordinated research related to learning processes and managed research teams. Additionally, Hanna has taught courses at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and provided academic advising at the University of Colorado Boulder. With a Master's degree in Communication Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. Norbert College, Hanna combines a solid educational foundation with diverse professional experiences in instructional design, research, and education.
