Jon A. Kaupla serves as the President and Executive Director of the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development, where leadership focuses on enhancing performance through business learning programs. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Sargento Foods Inc., and Vice President of Human Resources at CoreLogic, providing global HR leadership and strategic consulting. Kaupla has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at both the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and Alverno College, teaching graduate-level courses in human resources and education. Additional expertise includes senior management positions at Kohl's Corporation and Core Creative, Inc., along with a solid educational background featuring an MA in Education from Alverno College and a BS in Social Work from Florida State University.
