Kate Schlesinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and corporate learning, currently serving as a DEI Instructor at the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development since January 2017, where Kate created the KIND framework for inclusion. Previous roles include Senior Director of Corporate Learning and Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at DeVry University, and Senior Business Development Manager at Microsoft IT Learning Academy, where Kate acted as a change agent to improve policies and customer service. As Director of Educational Operations at Sylvan Learning, oversight of operations across 250 centers resulted in a significant profit increase. Academic achievements include a Professional Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from the Wisconsin School of Business and multiple degrees in education and management from respected institutions including Duke University and National Louis University.
