Katie Forster, Ph.D., serves as the Manager of Information Technology at the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development since November 2020, where responsibilities include setting IT strategy, managing the technology department, and developing curriculum for employee training. With extensive experience across various organizations, including roles as Senior System Administrator and Systems Administrator, Katie has demonstrated expertise in managing Oracle NetSuite, Office 365 infrastructure, and cloud environments, as well as teaching at Tulane University. Katie holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Capella University and multiple degrees, including a Master's in Library Science and an MS in Management Information Systems. Recognized with the SoPA IT Distinguished Faculty award, Katie combines technical proficiency with educational leadership in the field of information technology.
