Ian Heilmann serves as the Director of Event Services at Wisconsin State Fair Park since September 2022, building upon extensive experience as an Event Manager since 2005. Responsibilities include envisioning, planning, and executing public and private events, as well as managing operations for Spin City, an independent carnival midway. Ian's career spans various roles in event support, including Tour Merchandise Manager and Production Assistant for major events involving artists like Metallica and organizations such as Live Nation. Additionally, Ian has been the Director of Operations for Milwaukee T-Shirt Vendors, overseeing merchandise for events from local shows to Summerfest. Previous experience also includes positions as a Career Development Specialist at Herzing College and a solid educational background from institutions such as the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Melbourne.
