Megan Perry

Megan Perry is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as an Assistant State Public Defender for the Wisconsin State Public Defender since August 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Law Clerk for the Wisconsin Court System / Wisconsin Supreme Court and as a Student Attorney at the Georgetown Law Domestic Violence Clinic, where support was provided to domestic violence victims. Megan also held leadership positions, including Administrative and Executive Editor at the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy, and gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at the Mecklenburg County District Attorney's Office, where responsibilities included handling bond hearings and conducting misdemeanor trials.
