Scott Dubenske

Scott DuBenske, CPM, is an accomplished education director specializing in career transitions and workforce development, currently leading initiatives at the Wisconsin Technical College System since August 2014. Prior roles include serving as Special Projects and Grants Coordinator at the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, where responsibilities encompassed managing grants and conducting policy analysis from March 2012 to August 2014, as well as being a Staffing Coordinator. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive Human Resources Consultant for the Office of State Employment Relations from January 2007 to March 2012, and as a Human Resources Specialist at the Department of Health and Family Services. Scott began a career in human resources at American Family Insurance as a Human Resources Analyst in 2002. Educational qualifications include a certification in Public Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Project Management certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business, and a B.S. in Human Resources/Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
