Eden Weller

Eden Weller is the founder, facilitator, and coach at WELLER workshops, LLC, established in October 2021, focused on implementing human-centered design in the social sector through empathetic listening, radical collaboration, and rapid experimentation. In October 2023, Eden became a student advocate and classroom assistant at Neenah Middle School, promoting calmness, kindness, and empathy among youth. Since May 2021, Eden has served as an usher for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, enhancing the game day experience for fans at a venue recognized as Ballpark of the Year in 2023. Prior to these roles, Eden spent over sixteen years at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., progressing from a senior customer and market insights manager to various roles focused on integrating the voice of the customer into corporate strategy and product development. Eden holds an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics and a BBA in Economics and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, with additional education from Harvard Business School Online.
