Guilherme Menezes

Guilherme Menezes is a distinguished software engineer with extensive experience in the field of computer science, currently serving as a Founding Engineer at WisdomAI since July 2023, where expertise in generative AI is applied to business intelligence. Prior to this role, Guilherme worked at Rubrik, Inc. from January 2016 to July 2023, founding and leading the development of a threat hunting and detection framework while also overseeing anomaly investigation and ransomware recovery. Guilherme’s earlier experience includes work as a Consultant Software Engineer at EMC, focusing on garbage collection and deduplication systems, and co-founding Zunnit Technologies, where a news article recommendation system was developed. As a volunteer project manager at UFMG Informática Júnior, Guilherme contributed to low-cost web projects for various organizations. Guilherme holds an MSc and a BSc in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and has also completed a BSc in Computer Science at the College of Charleston.
