Daniela Mielke

Daniela Mielke is an accomplished board director and managing partner with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently a member of Extraordinary Women on Boards, Daniela also serves on the boards of PROG Holdings, Inc. and WisdomTree Asset Management, where responsibilities include leading the Tech committee and participating in the Nomination and Governance committee. Daniela has a significant background in advisory roles, notably as managing partner at Commerce Technology Advisors, focusing on innovation and market entry in payments, big data, and AI. Past positions include board director at Nuvei and The Bancorp, CEO of RS2 Inc., and Chief Strategy and Product Officer at Vantiv. Daniela holds an MBA in International Management from IMD and a MSc in Economics from Université de Fribourg, among other qualifications.
