Ryan Louvar

Ryan Louvar serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Digital Assets at WisdomTree since April 2013, following a tenure as General Counsel. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel at State Street from January 2005 to April 2013, Counsel at BISYS Fund Services (now Citigroup) from July 2000 to December 2004, and Associate at Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP from 1999 to 2000. Ryan Louvar holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law (2004-2006), a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Pepperdine Law (1994-1997), and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance with Honors from the University of Colorado Boulder (1990-1994).
