Juan David Graham Gómez has extensive work experience in the field of customer success and commercial strategy. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Customer Success for Wise Athena. From 2019-2022, they worked at Ragasa as the RGM Sr. Manager, where they were responsible for installing RGM capacity and establishing the governance model of the area within the company. Juan David also defined guidelines and processes that enabled continuous value creation and designed the company's commercial strategy focused on four pillars: Price, Promotions, Portfolio and Trade Terms. From 2011-2019, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company in various roles. As the RGM & Commercial Intelligence Manager, they were responsible for guaranteeing continuous profitable growth and ensuring implementation of division plans and strategies by building value relationships with bottling partners. As the Market Development Manager, they were responsible for successfully executing key divisional strategies by channel of distribution, analyzing market situation in order to attend issues and opportunities, and managing implementation and tracking results of distribution channels. As the North Region Strategic Planning Coord., they were responsible for linking between Strategic Planning and Operations VP's and ensuring company's strategy implementation in the operational area.

Juan David Graham Gómez attended ITESM Campus Laguna from 2004 to 2009, where they earned an IIS degree in Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas with Distinción en Manufactura. Juan David is currently enrolled at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they are pursuing a Master in Bussiness Analytics - MBD.
