Erika Rhoades

Erika Rhoades currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Client Success at Blue Sparq Marketing, a position held since July 2023, and also contributes to Wise Blue Yonder since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Demand Generation at GrowthMode Marketing from February 2022 to May 2023, and various marketing positions at Graco from September 2017 to February 2022, including Marketing Manager and Demand Generation Specialist II. Erika began a career in marketing as a Financial Software Support Analyst at MatrixCare from November 2015 to September 2017 and was previously a Wings Team Member at Red Bull from August 2012 to October 2015. Erika Rhoades holds a degree in Marketing Management with a focus on International Business and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, completed in 2015, and is an alumna of Totino-Grace High School, graduating in 2011.
