Kerrie Matthews Julian is a seasoned professional in architecture and business development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development for Science & Technology at Wise Construction since September 2025. Prior roles include Director of Science Strategy at Margulies Perruzzi and Senior Director of Architecture for New England at Genesis AEC. With extensive experience in project management and architecture, Kerrie has held senior positions at STV | DPM, saam architecture, Gensler, Perkins&Will, and started as an Architect at SMMA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and studies at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
