Martin Leik

Marty Leik is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in safety management and field operations. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations and Corporate Safety Director at Wise Construction since February 2022, Marty previously held the position of Regional Director at Suffolk Construction from February 2015 to February 2022. Marty's career also includes significant roles at Lend Lease as Sr. Project EH&S Manager/Superintendent and at Skender Construction Company as Director of Safety/Risk Management/Quality Control. Earlier experience includes a position as Project H&S Manager at Bovis Lend Lease. Marty Leik holds a Master’s degree in Construction and Safety Management from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from Grand Valley State University, alongside ongoing executive education at Harvard Business School.
