Mary Gay

Mary Gay has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the business and financial operations field. Mary began their career in 1995 as the Director of Risk Management and Financial Operations at The Top-Flite Golf Company, where they oversaw the accounts payable and payroll functions. During this time, they also administered casualty and liability insurance and reported to corporate headquarters.

In 1999, Mary joined The TopFlite Company as the Business Team Lead for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Vertex, responsible for implementing and re-engineering the accounts payable and Vertex system in SAP. Mary also maintained the Vertex database program, ensuring accurate addresses on the vendor and customer databases.

Mary then transitioned to the role of Director of Benefits and Compensation at The Top-Flite Golf Company in 2000. In this position, they developed policies and programs related to compensation and benefits, managing a budget of $50 million and $11 million, respectively. Mary was responsible for all contracts regarding the pension plan and health and welfare plans, as well as communicating with employees, outside agencies, and insurance companies.

In 2005, Mary joined Ceridian as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 2008. Mary then joined Wise Consulting Associates as a Project Manager- Consultant, where they continue to utilize their project management skills.

Mary Gay has attended Holyoke Community College but their start and end years are unknown. Mary has obtained a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association in June 2009.
