Ary Laufer

Ary Laufer is the current Deputy CEO of People & Strategy

at WISE Employment. Laufer has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, having served as the General Manager at AMES from February 2010 to May 2015, and Regional Director Pacific Asia at Marie Stopes International Australia from December 2002 to November 2009. Prior to that, Laufer was with Plan International as the Large Grants Implementation Unit Manger from October 1993 to November 2002.

Ary Laufer's educational career includes completing an executive program at Singularity University, an Australia Institute of Company Directors Course, a Catalyst Leadership Program, and a Leadership in the 21st Century program at Harvard Kennedy School. Ary also holds a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training from Victoria University, a Master's Degree in Asian Studies from Monash University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University. Finally, they completed their high school education at Melbourne High School.
