Edward Osano

Edward Osano is an experienced professional in employment services, currently serving as the Head of GradWISE at WISE Employment since January 2012. In this role, Edward oversees the employment needs of graduates with disabilities and develops partnerships with tertiary institutions and employers to enhance job accessibility. Previously, Edward held key managerial positions at MAX Employment and Quest Employment and Training Solutions, where responsibilities included managing DEEWR contracts, leading teams of employment consultants, and driving performance metrics. Edward also owned Osano & Associates, a direct sales company in Canberra. Throughout the career, Edward has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement within the employment sector.
