Kayla J Heffernan has a diverse work experience in UX design and leadership roles. Kayla J currently works at WISE Employment as the Head of UX, where they established design and research processes and managed a cross-functional design team. Kayla J then went on to attend Monash University from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems. After completing their undergraduate studies, they joined the University of Melbourne and pursued a Master's Degree in Information Systems from 2012 to 2014. Continuing their academic journey, they remained at the University of Melbourne and enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Computing and Information systems, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
