Tina Pariani-Lienert

Tina Pariani-Lienert is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Advisor at WISE Employment since March 2024, Tina supports leaders through targeted learning interventions and coaching. Previous roles include Lead Coach at T | L. Coaching and Learning Solutions, Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Bendigo Kangan Institute, and Learning and Development Manager at RSPCA Victoria, where Tina led capability functions and workforce planning. Tina also has a solid foundation in talent management and coaching from tenures at Right Management, Gradability, ANZ, Allianz, GE Capital, and APIA Insurance.
