Richard Chibnall

Richard Chibnall has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Richard is currently serving as the Vice President Corporate Controller at Wise F&I LLC since December 2020. Previously, they worked as the CFO at Center Oil Company from July 2013 to August 2020, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, bank reporting, and risk management. Before that, they were the CFO at PD International Holdings from May 2010 to July 2013, where they handled finance, accounting, treasury, human resources, and legal functions. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at KV Pharmaceutical from January 1996 to February 2010, leading various financial areas such as reporting, shared services, planning, taxes, cost accounting, and government pricing. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Pet Incorporated as the Director Finance, Sales and the Director, Operations Control and Analysis, managing profitability, accounting, control, and analysis of sales promotion budgets and operational functions.

Richard Chibnall completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Washington University in St. Louis from 1974 to 1978. Later, from 1978 to 1980, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Finance and Accounting at the Olin Business School of Washington University in St. Louis.
