Hector Guerra

Hector Guerra serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Wise Foods, a business unit of ArcaContinental, since August 2017. Prior to this role, Hector held various positions at Evans Food Group LTD, including Senior Vice President of Operations and President/VP of Sales, contributing to the company’s growth before its acquisition by a Chicago-based Private Equity Firm. Hector's extensive experience in the protein snack food industry includes roles as Vice President of Operations and Plant Manager. Earlier in career, Hector managed the bakery operations at H-E-B in Mexico. Academically, Hector holds an MBA in General Management from IPADE Business School and several executive education certificates from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
