Currently serving as a Technical Analyst for Wise Health System since July 2007, Tim excels in project management and customer service for clinical and administrative users. Previous roles include Security Analyst focusing on vulnerability management and Information Systems roles that emphasize technical support and integration of electronic medical records. Earlier experience at Nokia involved application analysis and IT platform management. Tim holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The University of Texas at Arlington and is currently furthering education with Udacity and the University of North Texas.
