Mariano Navas Martínez

Mariano Navas Martínez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mariano began their career in 1990 as the Director Técnico at ISE, where they managed various departments and collaborated with educational institutions to provide IT training. After that, they worked at Infortel Comunicaciones, where they served as the Responsable Comercial y Atención al Cliente, coordinating sales and technical support teams. At Hedima, Mariano held the position of Responsable Desarrollo de Negocio y Call Center, overseeing customer acquisition and maintaining client relationships. Mariano then moved on to HP, where they were responsible for managing wholesalers and partners. Later, at Experian Marketing Services, they worked as the Responsable de Desarrollo de Negocio, qualifying leads and managing accounts. Mariano also generated sales reports and KPIs using Salesforce and Siebel. At Collecta - Diagonal Recobros, Mariano served as the Responsable de Inteligencia de Negocio, identifying business opportunities and conducting lead generation activities. Mariano then joined Experian again, this time working on a data quality and categorization project. More recently, Mariano has been working as the Account Manager B.P.O at SERES (Grupo Docapost), managing the sales process for TRACK2PAY. And currently, they are employed at Wise Security Global as the Key Account Manager.

Mariano Navas Martínez's education history begins in 1987 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. In 1996, they pursued a degree in Technical Engineering in Computer Science with a focus on Management at the same institution, completing it in 2000. Additionally, in 2008-2009, Mariano enrolled in various education programs to obtain a Higher Technician degree in Ergonomics, Safety, and Hygiene.
