Nirmal Piple is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the automotive industry and service management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at WTi cabs since July 2022, Nirmal oversees sales and service operations, previously holding the role of Assistant Operations Manager overseeing overall operations in Madhya Pradesh. Prior experience includes a position as Technical Quality Manager at Ola, where responsibilities involved technical quality assurance. Nirmal also worked at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. as Assistant Service Manager, managing workshop operations, and as a Service Advisor, responsible for customer communication regarding service needs and costs. Nirmal holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Postgraduate Degree in Data Analytics and Data Science from Skill-Lync, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
