Felipe Eduardo R. has held various roles in the business world since 2009. From 2009-2011, they were an Assessor at Ação Júnior - Consultorias Sócio-Econômicas, where they were responsible for the rotation between different areas of the company, developing practices of improvement and growth of the team, and participating in CRM construction, market competitiveness and positioning actions. From 2011-2012, they were a Team Leader at AIESEC, where they were responsible for the development of social impact activities such as presentations in cultural centers, multi-cultural experiences, and work with children in philanthropic institutions, impacting more than fifty children in different centers. From 2012-2018, they held various roles at Fundação CERTI, including Analista de Negócios - Centro de Convergência Digital (CCD), Analista de Operações - Centro de Convergência Digital (CCD), and Analista de Projetos - Project Management Office. In 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at DISRUX.

Felipe Eduardo R. began their education in 2009, when they attended Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and earned a Bacharel em Ciências Econômicas. During their studies, they focused on Econometria e Economia Quantitativa, Logística Empresarial, and Análise de Mercado. In 2013, they attended University of Bergen (UiB) and earned a degree in Economy (int.), with a focus on Desenvolvimento - Gestão de recursos naturais e arranjo industrial.
