Kathleen Francis

Kathleen Francis is a seasoned professional in the sports industry, serving as the Founder and President of Oasis Sports Ventures, LLC since 2011, where the focus is on market development and grassroots recreational programming, including a national family tennis doubles initiative. In the same year, Kathleen also became Chair and President of Women in Sports and Events, Inc. (WISE), a prominent organization dedicated to supporting women in sports through various resources and networking opportunities. Prior to these roles, Kathleen held various marketing and management positions, including Managing Director at USTA and SVP of Marketing & Sales at Meadowlands. Kathleen’s extensive background in marketing also includes a significant tenure at Major League Baseball, where roles spanned from marketing to Director of Market Development. Academic credentials include an MBA in General Management & Marketing from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business from Xavier University of Louisiana.
