Angus Begg

Angus Begg serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development since April 2020 and as a Non-Executive Director at Wise since November 2019. Previously, Angus held significant positions such as Executive Director of Business Advisory and Executive Director of Decision Support & Procurement at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment from 2016 to 2020. Angus also worked as Program & Commercial Finance Director at the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation and in various finance roles at NBN Co Limited, Vodafone Hutchison Australia, Fat Prophets, Allphones, and Thomas & Betts. Angus holds a Chartered Accountant designation and degrees in Accounting and Environmental Science from The Australian National University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from Finsia.
