Diego H. Simioni

Diego H. Simioni possesses a robust background in both civil engineering and financial crime management. With extensive experience at Wise from September 2021 to May 2023, Diego held various roles including Senior AML Investigator and Team Lead in FinCrime Operations. Prior to this, Diego served as a Civil Engineer at CSV LTDA, overseeing eight simultaneous projects and leading multi-functional teams in Mato Grosso, Brazil. Between March 2014 and January 2018, Diego worked as a Construction Manager at P. Vier, effectively managing a team of one hundred collaborators for a major malting plant. Diego's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdade Guarapuava and postgraduate degrees in Integrated Project Management and Budgeting in Civil Construction from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Santa Catarina, respectively.
