Frederico Baptista

Frederico Baptista is a seasoned professional in real estate operations and facilities management, currently serving as the Global Head of Real Estate Operations at Wise since February 2024. Prior to this role, Frederico held key positions at WeWork, including Global Director of Central Operations and Strategic Programs and Director of Facilities & Capital Programs for EMEA & Pacific, where notable achievements included leading a $30M annual capital improvement program and orchestrating strategic portfolio expansions in Southern Europe. Frederico's expertise is further complemented by experience at Marriott International in engineering and sustainability, as well as roles in project management and business analysis. Frederico holds a Master's degree in Project and Construction Management from Instituto Superior Técnico and has recently completed a degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
