Leanne MacReady

Leanne Macready is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Commercial Pricing at Wise since February 2025. Prior to this role, Macready was the Head of Pricing at Tyl by NatWest from February 2019 to February 2025, and held the position of Director of Pricing & Performance at NatWest from November 2014 to February 2019. Earlier in her career, Macready worked at Deloitte in various positions, including Director of Capital Advisory and Manager of Risk and Regulations, from May 2007 to June 2010. Additionally, Macready briefly worked at Credit Suisse as a Product Controller in Emerging Markets Structured Finance. Macready holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, earned between January 1999 and December 2002.
