Rob MacFie is an experienced content design leader with a strong background in developing user-centered strategies in various industries, including government and finance. Currently serving as Content Design Director at Wise since October 2022, Rob previously held roles such as Content Strategy Director at Publicis Sapient and Content Design Lead at The Scottish Government, where leadership extended to managing a 60-member content design team. A significant contributor to shaping content processes and agile practices, Rob has also worked as Creative/Product Director at NG Launchpad, establishing successful insurance product strategies. Previous experience includes roles in content and UX leadership at Lloyds Banking Group, Volvo Trucks, and other prominent agencies. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
