Ilona Forshaw

Ilona Forshaw is an experienced professional currently serving as the Quality Improvement and Safety Lead at Pathways since February 2022. With a long tenure at Wise Group that began in November 2012, Ilona holds the title of Application Specialist, focusing on SharePoint Administration, architecture, business analysis, and project management. Prior experience includes a role as a Technologist at Fonterra from 2000 to August 2012, where Ilona acted as an information specialist for product technologists and established an intranet for the team. Earlier, Ilona worked as a SharePoint administrator at Fonterra. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Human Geography and Human Resource Management from The University of Waikato, completed in 2002, following studies at Waikato Diocesan School from 1990 to 1995.
