Maria Zhang is currently an advisor at Wisemont Capital, but they started their career at Microsoft as a program manager in March 1999. Maria was responsible for managing the architecture, development, and operations of usability study tools for all major product groups at Microsoft. Zhang also developed comprehensive reports that encompassed key findings from data collected from usability studies. Maria incorporated customer feedback in the improvement of usability tools and provided advisory and support to key internal groups on product usability tools. In May 2007, they left Microsoft to join Wisemont Capital.
Maria Zhang has a BS in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, an MBA in Business from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, and an MS in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
