Martina Faccin has a variety of work experience in engineering and consulting roles. Martina started their career as an intern at Dassault Systemes, where they worked as a Solution Consultant for nine months. Martina then transitioned to working as a Manufacturing Engineer at Bellco, which is now part of Medtronic. After that, they joined ALTEN Italia as a Junior Consultant before moving on to CORCYM as a Process Engineer. Currently, they are working at WISE S.r.l. in the role of Process Engineer.
Martina Faccin pursued their education at Politecnico di Milano from 2017 to 2020, where they completed a Laurea Magistrale LM degree in the field of Ingegneria biomedica/medica. Additionally, in 2019, Martina briefly attended Medtronic Italia S.p.A, where they obtained a Master aziendale, MAKE degree with a focus on Fundamentals.

WISE (Wiringless Implantable Stretchable Electronics) is a start-up company created in 2011 with the mission of producing the new generation of leads for neuromodulation for treatment of chronic pain and Parkinson: unbreakable, less invasive and cheaper.
