Arda Bayazit has worked in various roles in the digital industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Digital Sales Manager and Social Media Editor at SynergyMedya. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Digital Marketing Manager at HIGHFIVE TRAVEL. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Product Lead at misadam.com. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Digital Project Consultant at Freelance Digital Projects Consulting. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Product & Projects Lead and Co-Founder at Venndom Consulting, where they were the Head of Product for Uber-like dog walking app DogGO's during development, and Head of Product for real data based food recommendation and ordering app, Feastly. arda is currently the Co-Founder & CPO at Wiser Media.

Arda Bayazit has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in User Experience Design on Mobile Streaming & Broadcasting from Marmara University, which they obtained in 2021. arda also has two additional certifications: a Digital Marketing Strategy Summit London certification from The Innovation Enterprise, obtained in October 2014, and a Digital Brand Strategies certification from Oregon State University, obtained in April 2014.
