Maxim Bondarev

Maxim Bondarev has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of business development and human resources. Maxim is currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Foxo Development, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Business Development at Wisercat from March 2020.

Before entering the business development field, Maxim worked at Huawei for a significant period. Maxim'sroles at Huawei included GR advisor // Account Manager, where they were responsible for planning and developing the Belarus national ICT program, as well as Regional Advisor on HR Strategy, Human Resource Business Partner, Key Account Director, Solution Responsible, Head of wireless solutions team, and Product Technical Sales Manager (Wireless solutions). In these roles, they managed sales pipelines, built and managed key customer relationships, conducted business analytics, prepared technical solutions, and nurtured opportunities.

Maxim's work at Huawei spanned from March 2004 to March 2020, showcasing their long-term commitment to the company and their diverse skill set in both business development and HR strategy.

Maxim Bondarev completed their Bachelor's Degree in Autocontrol at Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 1999 to 2004.
