O. Senhadji El Rhazi

O. Senhadji El Rhazi has worked in various roles since 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Structurer at EDF in the Quantitative Analyse and Pricing team, where they were responsible for pricing OTC commodities options. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Quantitative Developer at Financial Services, where they were responsible for developing automated trading systems based on Java and QuickFIX/J. O. Senhadji also implemented neural networks, genetic classification, SVM and learning algorithms. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at tomato pay, where they led the re-architecture of the platform from monoliths to ECS micro-services using Java/Python/NodeJs. O. Senhadji also led the automation of the dev process with Gitlab CI. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Head of Data Engineering at tomato pay, where they managed a team of 3 Machine Learning Engineers and 2 Senior Backend Developers. O. Senhadji was also responsible for story grooming and estimation, sprint/retrospective management, velocity monitoring and empowerment, and OKRs and performance management. Since 2021, they have been working as a Principal Software Engineer at Wiserfunding.

O. Senhadji El Rhazi obtained a Master's Degree in Probability and Finances from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 2004, following the completion of an Engineer's Degree in Mathematics, Computer and Finance from École nationale des ponts et chaussées in 2004. O. Senhadji began their studies at École nationale des ponts et chaussées in 2000.
