Chooake Wongwattanasilpa serves as Managing Director and Chief Experience Officer at Bank of Singapore since December 2020, where responsibilities include creating a world-class Global Private Banking experience by integrating Customer and Employee Experience as strategic levers, leading a team of approximately 50 professionals.
