Tess's career at IBM included roles as a Senior Strategy Consultant and Strategy Consultant in Cognitive Technology, where efforts centered around delivering digital strategies and enhancing user experiences in the financial services sector. Early career experiences included internships at Argus Information and Advisory Services, Blue Bite, and providing support as a Teaching Assistant at Barnard College.
