Ken Gooden focuses on corporate representation with a specific emphasis on strategic facilities planning, build-to-suit opportunities, facility acquisition, dispositions and financial analysis. He serves corporate clients in a variety of fields, including financial services, high technology medical/biomedical and non-profits. Ken has worked with corporations ranging from small local companies to multi-national organizations with hundreds of locations. Ken provides an extremely “hands on” approach to working with his clients and enjoys providing mutually beneficial introductions when they are useful. A large majority of Ken’s client projects are a result of repeat business and referrals.
Ken has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 14 with The Staubach Company, prior to Staubach’s acquisition by JLL in 2008. While in this role, he was a principal with the company’s Front Range division, where he played a key role in strategy development and implementation.
Ken received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University. Ken serves on the Board of the Global Livingston Institute (GLI) and is a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society. He volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and Junior Achievement and is an active member of FEI’s Colorado Chapter. Ken is a participant in the McKinsey Fellowship Program 2018-2019. Ken formerly served on the Associate Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver from 2008 to 2016. Ken is a graduate of 50 For Colorado – Class of 2011.
