Carlos Jativa

Carlos Jativa is an accomplished operations manager with significant experience in last-mile logistics and retail pickup networks, currently overseeing operations at Wish since June 2019. With a focus on North America, Carlos ensures SLA obligations are met by logistic service providers and collaborates with various departments to secure new carrier contracts. Previous roles at Wish include business operations, where Carlos contributed to the strategic growth of the Wish Local presence across the Americas, and as an inside sales representative, driving the growth of pickup locations and company GMV. Carlos's early career involved internships in business development and operations at Plumdrop and Dicomvisek, supporting outreach and HR functions, respectively.
