Nickel He

Nickel Nickel is currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Asia at Wish, a position held since March 2023. In addition, Nickel is the Founder of CUPG, also since March 2021. Prior to these roles, Nickel was the HR Head at RNG from February 2020 to December 2020, where responsibilities included building management teams, setting company and departmental goals, and developing HR systems. Nickel's experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at NIO from April 2016 to January 2020, playing a crucial role in uniting teams in China and the US. Previous positions at SuccessFactors from 2008 to 2016 involved talent development, employee satisfaction, and award-winning C&B policies. Nickel began a career in recruitment at SAP, Intel, and Lucent. An alumnus of Shanghai University, Nickel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from 2000 to 2004.
