Matthew Young, MA-HRIR, is a seasoned HR professional with experience in various companies like Wisk, Everlaw, and TE Connectivity. Matthew has a strong background in employee relations, investigations, performance management, full-cycle recruiting, leadership development programs, and HR integration projects. Their expertise also includes talent acquisition, compliance training, and program implementations. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Labor Studies from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University.
